We keep Pennington safe and informed
The Pennington Community Watch is a collaborative NPO operated by the community of Pennington, Kwazulu-Natal. Our core purpose is to work with various security agencies, SAPS and emergency services to help the Pennington Community stay safe, informed and offer a helping hand when in the time of need.
Partner Engagements
PCW actively works with the South African Police Services and is part of the Community Police Forum where we engage with SAPS on a regular basis.
We also actively partner and work with various security companies and emergency services to increase visibility of security in our town and respond when needed.
Community Safety
Through our volunteer patrollers and responders, we patrol and keep and eye out for the Pennington community and offer assistance when in a time of need.
Our response team offers up their time to help in emergency situations and work with security agencies to ensure the safety of our community.
Safety Initiatives
We manage various safety initiatives to keep the community informed about safety matters such as our WhatsApp emergency response groups and the rollout of our expanding road surveillance project.
These projects aim to enhance the overall safety of our residents and give them platforms to report and request assistance in the case of emergency.
